1. Duration: Each participant will have a maximum of one hour to complete their design.
2. No External Aids: Using stencils or other materials is not permitted.
3. Design Area: The design must cover one hand, from the palm to the forearm.
4. Original Designs: Copying designs from printed materials or digital sources is strictly prohibited.
5. Participant Options: Participants may apply Mehendi to their own hand or the hand of another person.
6. Judging Criteria: Designs will be judged based on neatness and perfection.
7. Final Decision: The judges’ decision will be final.
8. ID Proof: All participants must provide a valid ID proof to verify their details.
